    Pleasant and helpful, always have items in stock and if not, will order for next day.
    Have had the Rug Doctor for two days and they delivered and collected with their usual
    efficiency.

    went in and asked for price of ton bag of crusher run delivered, was told £40.00, ordered a ton and paid on my card, delivered day after, as I was doing the job I realised I needed another ton, rang and asked for another ton , was delivered and I paid driver £40.00. half hour later received a phone call saying its a tenner short! I asked why and he said delivery charge! then checked my dill from the day before and I was charged £50.00 on my card, I know I should of checked the amount before putting in my pin in but didnt. so basically it cost me £20.00 for delivery just around the corner near pans pantry!!!!!!!!! all this could of been avoided if they told me the correct price from the beginning. now I need 42, 2x2 concrete flags to finish the job and I will be going to jewsons as been quoted £5.00 delivery charge from colne, big difference!!!!! ps, when the boss of rightway used to come in my shop for animal feeds, he always got told the correct prices.
